Job Description

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager to join their client's team in Agawam and Southwick, Massachusetts. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a dynamic environment. The Assistant Property Manager will assist in the day-to-day management of the property, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Property Manager in overseeing property operations and ensuring tenant satisfaction.
  • Handle tenant inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up on repairs to ensure timely completion.
  • Manage tenant lease agreements and ensure compliance with terms.
  • Assist in the preparation and management of budgets and financial reports.
  • Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Support marketing and leasing efforts to attract and retain tenants.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in property management or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Bilingual in English & Spanish
  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Monday - Friday; First shift
